I think you fail to see my point; perhaps you think this was the first such incident with SPRINT (despite the other 26.5 hours I did not post here). If I and others are to believe your argument, I should be EXPECTED to spend 28 hours (1.5hrs in this one chat) without complaint because SPRINT is allowing me the privilege of paying for service that I did not receive. I might add that MY time is apparently worthless (well worth 90 cents per hour) if I feel the need to question their inefficiencies.

Furthermore you seem to think that despite that they CONTRACTUALLY owed ME $100, I should have to spend more than 4 hours chasing that $100, to which I was entitled. Moreover, as you point out the issue was resolved (although that too is yet to be seen, i had thought the issue was resolved prior to this interaction), however only after several hours of my non-compensated time, legitimate information was withheld (the mailing address), I was mislead (apparently the rebate center was OPEN), I was provided no explanation for the level of service that I have received (if only in this chat), and the issue could have been resolved in less than 10 minutes (as evidenced by the final person I spoke with). I agree they may have been doing their job, but they were doing it poorly and I not only pay for that quality of service EVERY month, I also pay for it in my valuable time.

While you seem to be critical of me, please defend SPRINT's failings as I note above. Further, youare derogatory after reading one short post, I have to wonder if you would be polite after you have spent 2+ hours trying to resolve an issue that should take 10 minutes. Addressing your meager defense of SPRINT, "Doing their job" does not mean doing their job well and I do not feel I should have to pay for poor quality service, let alone for SPRINT to keep money that is owed to me. Contractually, I cannot even discontinue my business dealings with SPRINT without further expense. If I should be held to the contract between SPRINT and myself, SPRINT should as well. Asking for an explanation (which I still have not gotten) I believe is as reasonable as asking for a company's mailing address.

Regarding your "asshole" comment, at no point was I rude or disrespectful. I merely conveyed the facts of the situation and asked for what I was entitled -- to such a degree that I even post the full scope of the discussion here. I would go further to suggest that if you think my comments (statements of the facts) were "asinine" as you put it, is that not indicative of SPRINT's process? "More appreciative..." I see, I should "thank them" for violating our agreement by keeping my $100 rebate and enjoying the pleasure of having processes and service that would cause me to call them and discuss it for 28 hours? If your time is only worth 90 cents/hour and you are comfortable giving away $100 for nothing, please continue to post here and send a me a check. You seem to have missed much of my point in this post, and I should also mention that I think you have chosen your net nickname wisely.

The people you spoke to were only doing their job. You on the other hand chose to be an asshole and they still were polite and responsive to your barrage of questions and asinine comments. And ultimately through wining and complaining you were able to not only get your rebate but a 25$ inconvenience credit.

You should be LESS of an asshole, and MORE appreciative.

Solution:
try this link for solving

http://msmvps.com/blogs/bernard/archive/2005/03/22/39216.aspx

I took really 2 days to figure this out..

Problem:

Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web server. Server side-error occurred on sending debug HTTP request.

Make sure the server is operating correctly. Verify there are no syntax errors in web.config by doing a Debug.Start Without Debugging. You may also wan to refer to ASP.NET and ATL Server debugging topic in the online documentation.
